By accepting this agreement, you recognize that you are 18 years of age or older, that you are responsible for entering into a contract with S-NET, and that you are authorized to receive services or change an existing account. You can obtain product-specific terms of sale by visiting This Agreement replaces all previous written or non-written agreements between you and S-NET and all statements or commitments made to you by an S-NET employee or agent. 26.1. In the event that the customer is dissatisfied with the quality of a solution provided by S-NET due to chronic service failures after the service installation date, the customer may terminate the disputed solution without being held responsible for the value of the agreement for that solution until the end of the term specified in Section 4 of this agreement, provided that (i) S-NET is unable to resolve the issue within forty-five (45) days of receiving a written notification from the customer describing the customer`s cause of dissatisfaction and explicitly referring to this section 26, and (ii) that the cause of the customer`s dissatisfaction is not (a) a result of a problem outside S-NET`s control; b) an act of force majeure; or (c) a customer-caused problem. The written notification required in this section must be sent by authenticated email to the address listed in this contract and e-mailed to with the “Customer Satisfaction Guarantee” section. 14.1. In fulfilling their obligations under this Agreement, S-NET and the Client recognize that they and their employees, respective subcontractors and agents have access to or may obtain information about the other party, including, but not limited to, but not limited to, marketing plans, business plans, competitive advantages and disadvantages, financial results, prices, technical solutions, technological developments, proprietary software and systems, trade secrets, customer data and other confidential information, documentation, agreements and materials. Each contracting party accepts that all this information, documents and related information (hereinafter referred to as “confidential information”) be confidential and the ownership of the contracting party to which this confidential information relates. Confidential information includes proprietary information from subsidiaries, related companies, counterparties, data providers, suppliers, customers and potential customers of a contracting party. 10.2.

S-NET`s overall liability under this agreement does not in any way exceed the proportionate share of monthly taxes for the service concerned for the relevant period.
